To freeze the muffins, place them on a baking tray and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until they are frozen. Remove from the tray and place in a freezer safe bag or container. I like to write the date on the bag as well. Depending on the size of your muffin pan, this recipe will make 8 to 10 "muffins."
