Welcome back to another week of GREAT food!

In just a few weeks we will be celebrating Thanksgiving, so we thought this week our
Linky Party should be about Healthy Eating...

Tip: How to Make Homemade Pie Crust Recipe - Pie Crust Basics Part One

All you need to know about making homemade pie crust dough!
Apple Pie before Baking from Walking on Sunshine Recipes

Today, we're going to discuss pie crust and how to make an easy Homemade Pie Crust Dough Recipe.

For some people making homemade pie crust is a scary process.  It was for me also until a few years ago when I decided I was going to conquer my fears and learn to make my own pie crust.

I found a great video online and actually set up my computer on the kitchen counter and worked right alongside the video and my pie crust came out terrific...the very first time.

Recipe: Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crescents

Easy to make and oh so yummy! You're going to love these Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls for breakfast, dessert or just a snack!
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crescents from Walking on Sunshine Recipe are a delicious and easy treat to serve for breakfast, dessert or even an after-school snack.

About two weeks ago I made a recipe that did NOT call for the entire can of pumpkin puree.  I put the extra pumpkin puree into a small container and placed it on a shelf in the back of the refrigerator.
A few days later I remembered that container and decided to try something new.  I combined the pumpkin puree with some cream cheese and sugar and rolled the yumminess up in some crescents and had a nice little treat.

These Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crescents are the perfect treat with a cup of tea on a beautiful Fall day or even to serve for breakfast if you're having overnight guests.

Great is Thy Faithfulness...

Thanksgiving is right around the corner.
This line from the hymn "Great is thy Faithfulness" is probably one of my favorites.

"All I have needed, Thy hand hath provided."

What a beautiful truth this has been for my life.
How about you?

Enjoy your Sunday!
