Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Ups

Today my son starts his junior year in high school.  I keep trying to figure out where did the years go, but it's an exciting time for him.  He's on the football team and he's also the class president.

He started his first part time job a few weeks ago and is still teaching karate one night a week.  Oh and did I mention that he has his driving test in a few weeks?  THAT is scary.

But with school starting I thought it was time to revisit a delicious recipe here on the BLOG with these very easy dinner idea that works great for snacks too!

Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Ups

They're a perfect meal for those busy nights of after school athletic programs or music lessons.  AND they're great to make and bring in the car to help keep up with crazy schedules.  They also make a delicious after school treat for hungry kids getting off the bus.

Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Ups

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • Sliced deli ham
  • Sliced Swiss cheese
  • Mustard
  • Tomato (optional)

Unroll and separate the can of crescent rolls.
Spread mustard on top of the crescents and add the ham and cheese.
Add a slice of tomato on top if desired.
Starting with the big end, roll up the crescents, place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 375 preheated oven until golden brown.

Spread the mustard on top of the crescents and then the ham, cheese and tomato slices...

Starting with the big end, roll up the crescents and place on a greased baking sheet...

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown...

Don't they look DELICIOUS...

  1. Morning Lois,
How are you hon?? Hope everything is going as well as can be expected.
Guess Olivia must be headed back to
school soon, if she hasn't already.
My daughter was suppose to be leaving on Sept. 4th, but they have run into a snag with the buyer on their home,
so not sure what is happening now.
They are hoping the lady can qualify for a conventional loan as the FHA loan didn't work. So it is back to waiting or maybe relisting the house.........course, we don't mind just means they are here longer, course, it is very frustrating for them, and thankfully they will have movers,
so they hadn't packed anything. PTL

These ham and cheese crescents look awesome.......I want one now....
Can you tell I haven't had breakfast yet........guess it is time!! lol

    Have a good week hon,
    Blessings, Nellie
    Praying for yall............
