They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 
 What do you think?

I have to agree.  I need breakfast to get my day started.  
And I need a delicious yummy breakfast.  But lately I have really been
 trying to eat healthier so for this week's Menu Plan Monday, we will
focus on Easy Breakfast Recipes that are the perfect way to start your day
that are also healthy! 

This is why I'm so happy we have our menu plan to help every week to make 
sure we have good meals on the table every night for our families.

If you're struggling with getting meals together and on the table every night, I suggest you start planning out your meals.  Get the kids involved with the planning also!  Have them pick a meal one night a week.  And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!

These have become my favorite thing to have for breakfast.  They're easy to put together and they freeze beautifully.  On some mornings I take 2 out of the freezer and reheat quickly in the microwave and breakfast is ready.  I like them with bacon and my husband likes his with breakfast sausage.

chocolate to make this delicious looking bark! 

I would try this silicon baking pan to make the yogurt bark. 
The bark would come out of the pan without sticking.

You can cook them in the oven or the slow cooker! A great, healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I love this recipe and can't wait to try it! 

Freezer Smoothie Packs from Dessert Now, Dinner Later

Prep these smoothie packs for the freezer, and when you're ready to eat, just add milk or water!
These would be great for my son.
