Do you have your menu plan for the week ready?
I'm still working on mine and thought it would be a good idea to look for some recipes that include an inexpensive meat choice this week. Ground beef is an easy way to feed your family fast because let's face it, there are some weeks when we all need easy recipes for our Menu Plan Monday. All you need to add to these recipes is a tossed salad and maybe some warm crusty bread and a delicious dinner is served!
This is why I'm so happy we have our menu plan to help every week to make sure we have good meals on the table every night for our families no matter how busy our lives tend to be.
If you're struggling with getting meals together and on the table every night, I suggest you start planning out your meals. Get the kids involved with the planning also! Have them pick a meal one night a week. And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal
that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!
