Setting the Table for Easter - Friday Favorites

Setting the table for Easter is this week's Friday Favorites post from Walking on Sunshine Recipes.

Are you hosting Easter this year?

We are and I'm already planning,in my mind, the table setting.
I love setting a pretty table when company comes over.

And now that I have our Friday Favorites post that I share
with you every week, I can dream a little and share from my "wish list" on Amazon.
These are all things that I think would make a beautiful table setting for any special occasion.

Setting the table for any occasion makes your family and friends
feel welcomed and special.  It tells them that you took the time
to make things pretty.  I love getting the dishes and stemware out
and start planning and even setting the table a few days before company comes for dinner
.  Here's the post I shared with you from our Thanksgiving
celebration just a few months ago...

Here are my Easter Table Setting Must Haves...

These plates are so beautiful.  They would look so pretty on any
table for Easter or even for Mother's Day.

I love the idea of using colored glasses!
I think this set is beautiful and would go great with the dishes above.
The glasses almost look like colored Easter eggs.

I think one of the last things people think of is flatware.
This is a simple setting and it's not too expensive!

I love to use napkin holders and I think these butterfly
napkin ring holders would look perfect on any spring-themed table setting.

This tall bunny would look beautiful in the center of any Easter table setting.

These Bunny Figurines would also look cute on the table on
either side of a vase filled with tulips!

And don't forget to put a few votive candles down the center
of your table.  These purple votive candle holders  are perfect.

Make sure you come back NEXT week for a few more
ideas on how to set the table for Easter...

  1. Oh, those plates really caught my eye! How gorgeous! A few years back, I decided to start using my "nice" china" at least once a week. It's a shame not to use our most beautiful things more often--life it too short!

  2. so excited you shared this at dream create and inspire, the table ideas are all great! love the purple glasses.. stop by and visit me thanks maria
