Is there anything more delicious than melted chocolate?

Chocolate is always nice for a special occasion but sometimes melting chocolate can be tricky. When I was first married I would melt chocolate using the double boiler method. And while that works great, if you get water anywhere near the chocolate, forget about it! The chocolate is ruined and you need to start again.
Tips for Melting Chocolate
My favorite method for melting chocolate is to use Almond Bark. It melts beautifully in the microwave; which is how I like to melt chocolate for dipping.
I always lay down a piece of waxed paper when working with melted chocolate. This helps tremendously with cleanup. Begin by placing the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and place the bowl in the microwave using the low setting and starting out in 30 seconds intervals.
In just a few minutes you'll have perfectly beautiful melted chocolate for dipping.
Now, you can start dipping!
Always use waxed paper to lay your dipped items on and in no time you'll have a tray of chocolate covered strawberries ready to share with you family for Valentine's Day!
