Weekly Menu Plan #11 Easy and Quick Meals

Monday, November 30, 2015

What's for dinner tonight in  YOUR house?

If you're week is going to be anything like my week,
I know you'll be happy to have this Weekly Menu Plan!

Life is busy for all of us and I'm so glad we have our weekly menu plan
to help us make sure we have good meals on the table every night for our families.

This week I thought we would concentrate on quick meals.
It's always great to be able to get dinner on the table quick but even
better when life is extremely busy as I'm sure it is for everyone
now that we're getting ready for Christmas.

If you're struggling with getting meals together and on the table every night, I suggest you start planning out your meals.  Get the kids involved with the planning also!
Have them pick a meal one night a week.  And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!

Easy Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie from Six Sisters

This Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie takes a lot of the work out of the
traditional chicken pot pie.  Easy and delicious!

Baked Ravioli from Budget Savvy Diva

I have made this recipe!  AND it is easy and the whole family loved it.
I've also used frozen cheese tortellini and that too was a hit in our house.

from The Girl Who Ate Everything

This One-Pan Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice dish is perfect for a busy
weeknight when things are hectic. Only one dish to clean for this satisfying dinner.

Chicken Enchiladas from Walking on Sunshine

I know I've shared this recipe before with our Weekly Menu Plans,
but this really is an EASY recipe to prepare for your family.
I love that I can even make extra and freeze them for busy nights.
After you fill the tortillas with the chicken and cheese mixture,
roll them up and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Place the frozen enchiladas
in a freezer safe bag for a later date.  EASY!

Hot Italian Sandwiches from Wonky Wonderful

I love to make a fancy hot sandwich for dinner.
Especially on busy nights.  These sandwiches can be made earlier in the day
and then baked right when everyone gets home.
I am definitely going to be trying this recipe soon!
