I found when I take the time to plan out what I'm going to prepare each night, I'm less tempted to order a pizza or stop at a fast food restaurant and pick up dinner at the end of the day.
Try introducing theme nights to your weekly menu. How about "Taco Tuesday" or "Meatless Monday" for some variety? And don't forget about leftovers!
Try transforming last night's roast chicken into a mouthwatering stir-fry or use those extra salad veggies in a tasty omelet. You can be successful putting a meal plan together!
Now, pick a side dish to serve with the recipes listed below. Side dishes could include potatoes or rice along with one or two veggies. A tossed salad with homemade ranch salad dressing is always nice too.
