Cherry Pie Bubble Up Casserole
This is the perfect cherry pie bubble up casserole or even cherry biscuit cobbler for weekend brunch celebrations.
It goes great as a side dish to scrambled eggs or my breakfast casserole with hashbrowns. In my opinion, we all need something sweet to eat for brunch alongside the protein.

And, for something a little decadent, stir the cherries and juice into melted dark chocolate for a DIY chocolate sauce that's perfect over ice cream.

Would you have to use powder sugar? Could you just omit it? I'd use the sugar free pie filling, I'm trying to stay off sugar. 😬
Thank you.
Lois says
The powdered sugar is used to make the glaze...which you can totally not make. Or you can try using Stevia Powdered Sugar!
