I have a delicious recipe for you today. It uses your crock pot which helps the meat come out amazing...tender and just about to fall apart. This is my sister-in-law, Beth's, recipe, only she makes it in the oven. I used my crock pot. She shared it with me last year and it took me almost a year to finally make the recipe on my own. And I'm really glad I finally did. This is one of my son, Michael's, favorite recipes.
This recipe means so much to me now that Beth is gone. You can read about my sister-in-law's sudden death here.
