M & M Cookies

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  The weather was beautiful here; even if it was a little cold.

Last week I shared the Blueberry Crunch Cake that I made for our church's outreach meal and today I'm sharing with the M&M Cookies recipe I made. They were delicious and don't worry, I only tasted one!  The rest went for the outreach meal.

M & M Cookies

These cookies are so delicious.  You can switch it up and use some of the newer flavored M & M candies.  I would love the peanut butter flavored M & M's!  They're probably my favorite candy!

In a large bowl, cream the butter and both sugars.  Add the egg and butter and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt and soda together.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine.
FOLD in the M&Ms.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly before removing to cool completely on a baking rack.

  6. They look so good. Those are regularly sized M&Ms and not the baking ones, I think.

    1. I used good old regular M&Ms. But the baking ones would be great too!
