Steak Sandwich...

Monday, December 3, 2012

I hope you all had a GREAT weekend.
We did, well my Colonel was away being a Colonel, but
my son, Michael, and I had a pretty nice time.

This is an easy meal to put together.
It uses one of my favorite cuts of steak...Skirt Steak.

I usually marinade my steak in Italian salad dressing early in the morning.

Place skirt steak on the grill and cook until done.
Or you can easily broil the steak in your oven.

Slice the steak against the grain, nice and thin...

In a frying pan on your stovetop, saute onions and peppers in a little butter...

Add both to a nice soft roll...

Serve and ENJOY!
