Mini Pizza Appetizers...

Monday, December 31, 2012

Are you looking for a FUN and EASY appetizer for your New Year's Eve celebration tonight?

I made these Mini Pizza's a few weeks ago and they were DELICIOUS...

Start with pizza dough.
You can buy pizza dough in your grocery store, local pizzeria or make your own.
You can get the recipe I use HERE...

Roll out the dough and using your favorite cookie cutter
cut out shapes and place on a baking tray...

Place a tablespoon of your favorite tomato sauce on top of each shape and
then add your favorite pizza toppings...

Bake in a 425 degree preheated oven until the bottoms are golden brown
and the cheese is melted...

Delicious and FUN...

If you're looking for a few more appetizers for tonight,
please head over to DAILY DISH HERE to read
a great article I put together...

What do you have planned for New Year's Eve?

We are heading to church for a communion service followed by a time of
fellowship with church friends.

I hope you all have a wonderful time with family and friends over the next few days.
I know I am happy to have all of you in my life.

I pray 2013 is a Blessed Year for you and your family!

Don't forget to join us for this week's Foodie Friends Friday Linky Party.

I am linking this recipe with Foodie Friends Friday.

  7. Happy New Year! What a fun idea and it's easy enough for the kids to help out. Sadly, last night on New Year's Eve, I fell asleep, but I had planned to watch the ball drop at Times Square. Oh well...

  10. Morning Lois,
and Happy New Year to you sweetie!
Those lil pizza's looked so cute
    and yummy too........

We actually did something for a change........we had a single parent
Mom we know and your 3 children over for New years eve, and we had a great time. She has a 10 grade daughter,
a 7th grade son, and a first grade lil one. They are all adorable.
Jim played the wii with the lil boy, and don't know who enjoyed it more.........lol
Course, he was pretty whipped after that, I have to say, but they had fun.
Hope you had some New Years fun as well............
Blessings for a Wonderful and Joyous New Year My Friend,
    Love ya, Nellie
