Brussels Sprouts...

The other day our neighbor brought over these amazing
Brussels Sprouts from his garden.

what was every one's favorite way to cook and eat Brussels Spouts.

For me the answer was easy...
ROASTED Brussels Sprouts.

First, trim the bottoms and remove any loose outer leaves...

Toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper...

Place on a baking sheet and roast in a 450 degree oven until they are golden brown and tender...

Delicious and EASY...
the perfect side dish for any meal.
Please come back tomorrow for Tuesday's Question!

Enjoy Your Day!

I LOVE roasted brussels sprouts, and like to serve them with glazed baby carrots. It's a great combo. :-)

Lucky you! And I wish I had planted brussels sprouts last spring. There's always next year, I guess.

I love Brussel sprouts! Yum! You're lucky to have a neighbor who grows them in his garden and then shares!

Those look great roasted.

So how did your test come out? How are you and did they find out anything?

I love brussel sprouts but no one else in my family likes them, so I don't fix them.
I'll be back when I have more time to look at Foodie Friday! Love seeing all the recipes.
