This week's Scripture Sunday is from 2 Kings 20:5.
A wonderful promise...

I have been experiencing some stomach problems this year and am
going for a test/procedure tomorrow morning that requires anesthesia.
I would appreciate your prayers as I am "slightly" nervous about being "knocked out."
I had my appendix removed when I was 6 and thankfully no other surgeries since.

  2. Lois I forgot to tell that the anesthesia they use for this test is WONDERFUL...I am not sure why it was so different, but it just was. I hate to be put out too, but this one I would not mind doing again. I simply woke up, got dressed, and walked out to my car. (with hubby of course, haha) It was a non event. You will do great. Praying all is well....HUGS

  3. I hope that everything goes well and that they can get to the bottom of this so you can find relief from the chronic problem. Blessings.
