Independence Day

Tuesday, July 3, 2012

This week's Tuesday's Question has to do with tomorrow...
July 4th, Independence Day.

"What is the one thing you are most grateful
 for living in America?"

For me it really does have to do with
Freedom of Religion.

No one prohibiting me from attending church...

No one prohibiting me from praying...

And most importantly, no one prohibiting me from worshipping...

So, how about YOU?

"What are you most grateful
for living in America?"

And, yes, I really want to know!

Enjoy your day!

Tomorrow I will be guest posting
HERE.

Would love for you all to head on over
and show Jamie some
Walking on Sunshine LOVE...
in between the barbecues and fireworks!

  1. Oh I am right there with you. Especially after hearing about my sons's visit to Israel where such persecution goes on everyday!

    Enjoy your 4th!!

    Hugs!

  4. Great post!

I am most grateful for the 1st amendment to the Constitution.

I love America and I am so thankful to have been born here.

  6. I am grateful for those same things, that no one is breathing down my neck, shadowing my every move, writing my name on a 'list' as I meet with other Believers and worship God.

We need to value these freedoms enough to protect them from those who would like to take them away and dictate how we ought to live.

  12. Hi Lois,
I have to say it would be the same for me.............

Hope you have a wonderful 4th, we are sort of celebrating ours tonight with Dee and Jerry. This is one of those holidays that we might or might not celebrate together, so tomorrow it will just be hubby and I but we are fine with that!
My focus has not been on the 4th as we are trying to do something to honor our Pastors wives on Sunday.
So I have been busy preparing for that since my hubby is head elder in our church.

Hope you and yours have a wonderful day celebrating hon,
    Blessings, Nellie
