Homemade Household Cleaner...

Today's "recipe" is a different kind than you're used to seeing here.
It's an EASY Homemade Household Cleaner.

I've been using this cleaner for YEARS.

Let me tell you it is the BEST.

It's the ONLY cleaner I use.

I make four bottles.
One under my kitchen sink and the other three under the bathroom sinks.

I can only imagine how much money it has saved us since I've been using it.

Give it a try!

Fill a spray bottle with the following:

2 Tbs. ammonia

1/2 cup rubbing alcohol

1/4 cup vinegar

Add enough water to fill the bottle.

Spray and use and ENJOY!

I make a very similar cleaner, I just have a tad of Dawn rather than the vinegar in mine. Don't you love that stuff. Works on my ceramic stovetop, windows, countertops, EVERYthing. Thanks for posting the recipe for those who are still spending money on store cleaner. There's no need to do that any longer. This works amazingly well!

P.S. Weeds don't grow in my garden wherever I have carpet laid down. :-)

I usually use just straight vinegar. I would love a little added power. Going to try this!

I can't imagine all the money that you save! Those store cleaners cost so much and they all work about the same.

Will definitely try it :)

I just use simple vinegar infused with either lemon, orange rinds, or lavender :) Great cleaner too.

Thank you for your kind words this morning, I appreciate them so much :)

Sounds simple to make and economical, too. I think all those ingredients would certainly kill the germs! Thanks, Lois, for sharing!

My Mom used to make something similar when I was a kid. Cleaner is so expensive to buy that I am sure you are saving a ton of cash.
