Thank You...

Wednesday, March 7, 2012

Thank you for all the beautiful comments for my mom on yesterday's post.
I also enjoyed reading all the FUNNY comments on what
you will NOT eat!

My mom's procedures went really well.
We now have "visible" confirmation that her aorta valve
is severely blocked and will need to be replaced.
She has no blockages in any of her arteries, which is great news.

We meet with the surgeon next Tuesday to schedule surgery.
A little scary, but we know the Lord will be with her.

And I know all my wonderful Blogging friends will be praying.

It was a long day yesterday.
We arrived at the hospital at 6:00 and stayed until a little after 5:00.
I'm happy to be home today.

Home...
Such a lovely word.

Enjoy your day!

  4. I'm happy to hear your mother's procedure went well and that they will be able to take care of her problem. I know it's scary for her and for her family, but she'll be safe in God's hands. Let us know when the surgery will be and we'll be praying! Take care, Lois, and enjoy your day at home.

  5. It is amazing to me what doctors can do these days. Will be praying for you also. I know how stressful it is when parents have to go through medical procedures. Take care of yourself too.
