Gas Prices Photo...

Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL comments
you all sent me regarding yesterday's post.

Yesterday was still pretty bad, but I'm very happy to say that today is much better.
I actually have make up on!
That's always a good sign you're feeling better.

I have just enough energy to share this photo
with you that I saw on Facebook the other day...

You may have to enlarge the photo.

Reminds me of the conversation we all had here for

I have ONE problem with this photo...

I only wish we paid that little for gas here in PA!

I hope to be fully back to blogging tomorrow.

Enjoy your day!

  1. Glad you feel better. The gas prices can make sick, too :)

  2. Very relieved to know that you're on the mend. Those gas prices are close to what we're having to pay here in Georgia...UGH!

  3. I wish the same wish...and I am so glad you are back on your feet, may this be the only sickness you have for a good year! ;)

  4. We have decided to try and use our car less by not going as much. The problem is, our kids each live over an hour in different directions.

  5. That's just about what we pay here for gas. Between my 15-passenger van (we have a large family) and my husband's truck he uses for work, gas easily runs us close to $300 a week (over $200 for the work truck).

  6. Glad you are feeling better. Gas prices are affecting my life, and I am not happy. I make a conscious effort to only go to a store that will have everything that I need, even though it is not my favorite one. I don't take pleasure drives anymore. I drive an old car but it gets 30 mpg, and will never be able to afford a hybrid car. Thanks for letting me vent.

  7. Good to know you're on the mend, Lois!
I feel we're all being held to ransom over oil prices in the Middle East.
    Happy motoring anyway!

  10. Lois, I'm so glad you're on the mend! They're talking way higher prices on gasoline by summer. :-(

  13. Morning Lois,
So glad to hear you are feeling much better hon, and bet you are feeling even better now that Olivia is home.
Is she home for spring break???

Yea, we are thrilled for Dee and Jerry as it is such a great time to buy a house. Typically, we would not have been in favor of it so soon, just do to the stress of it all, but it is the opportune time in Florida to buy, and it is great for all the young couples who otherwise would not be able to buy.

This post is a hoot, what a creatively brilliant political opportunist......makes me want to get some stick notes of my own!! lol

Have a great time enjoying Olivia,
    Love and Blessings, Nellie

  14. Glad to read you're feeling better and got to enjoy your favorite soup/dish. Gas prices are horrible. I put off putting gas in as long as I can.
