Tuesday's Question...

Tuesday, January 17, 2012

This week's Tuesday Question is a FUN one!

We all have cell phones, right?

"What is the CURRENT picture you have
on display on your cell phone?"

You know, the picture you see when you look at your cell phone?

Here's what's on mine right now...

My Girl on our way to the airport last week.

She's back in college and enjoying her second semester.
And I'm happy I snapped this picture of her with my cell phone.
I'm sure I'll change it in a few weeks, but for now
I get to see her smiling face when I use my phone.

So how about YOU?

What picture do you have on YOUR cell phone?
Leave me a comment and tell me about the picture on your cell phone!

Baked Ziti with meatballs
Homemade Italian Bread with garlic butter spread
(Recipe to come!)
Tossed salad

Enjoy your day!

  1. This question made me laugh because my husband and I just got a cell phone for Christmas and I haven't figured out how to take pictures {or if it even does!} :)

  2. This is an easy one... after my pretty pink razr phone died a couple years back, I fished out my old Nokia 6010. No camera, no speakerphone, no blue tooth... It has survived chewings from the toddler and dog, swims in the bath tub, and various abuse. They stopped making it, and the phone company keeps trying to get me to upgrade so they can start my plan over. Nope. I won't budge. mine!

  3. I still have the generic photo that came with my phone. My phone doesn't take all that great of pictures, its a pretty basic phone. But it does the job.

  4. I have a sweet little picture of my dog Gracie.

Baked Ziti with meatballs sounds perfect for today.

  5. That would warm my heart too! She is a doll with such a cute smile! ;D

  6. My phone is also an old one with no picture on it. I only use it when I an out for an emergency. I DO have a darling recent picture of Sam on my lap top however, haha. Look at that sooo many times during the course of a day. Love your pic of your girl. So darling. Enjoy your day!

  7. That is a precious picture for you to enjoy! We got rid of the cell phone and only have OnStar in the car now. Your dinner plans sound so delicious. I used Trader Joe's Pineapple Salsa to bake pork chops in for lunch - very tasty!

  8. Your daughter is a cutie! I have the same ole picture that came with the phone. Haven't really thought to change it!

  9. My picture of my grandson and his dog. sandie

  10. That's a beautiful pictures of your daughter. My cell has my daughter too! It is when she was 20 months old with a denim hat on with a big pick rose. I love that picture so much I don't think I will ever change it. It just reminds me how time goes by so quickly and I just want to remember my little baby girl:)

  11. Thank You for following my humble blog!

    That is a nice picture...

I have a picture of one of my dogs...LOL

    Thank you again!

  12. Nice photo on your phone. :) The picture on my phone is the blue background that came with it. lol

  13. Your daughter is so cute! Great question! I have a pic of my hubby on my display. It was taken in '10 when we were at the Creation Museum in Columbus, OH.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog Lois. It is an amazing gift to me that you are praying for us! God bless you!!!

  14. My cell phone pic is of my Gram. she was my best friend and I miss her every day. It's nice to have the phone ring and even though I won't hear her voice- I can see her beautiful smile.

  15. Because I am a LDG (Long Distance Grandma) it means alot to have a photo on my phone of my two grandsons sitting on my lap. Soon we will have THREE grandsons and I will need an updated photo!!!

  16. Dear Lois,

The picture on my cell phone is the picture I took of the shih tzu puppy we bought and were making payments on. His name is Reilly and this picture is taken one week before we brought him home when the second payment was made.
After reading the other comments I would like to add that my phone is seven years old and the day after we bought it my husband took it to work and took a picture of a plane on the airfield. The date is September 28, 2004. I have other pictures that I put on the screen for different times of the year. In the summer there is a picture of my husband and daughter at the fair; in the fall I put out the picture of my halloween decorations from our last base.
Lois, I can't figure out how you cooked your zucchini. Will you share? Tonight I made Stuffed Peppers but your ziti sounds even better.

  17. Hi Maureen, did you get my message about your email address? I cut my zucchini up, toss it in a little bit of oil, salt and pepper and into a hot oven until it's done! Which is usually fork tender and looking good! Enjoy!

  18. Lois,

Yes, I recieved your message - my e-mail is coryfamily@zoominternet.net and you feel free to write me anytime.
