There is so much of that stuff going around here in Oklahoma it's a wonder I haven't gotten it. The winter isn't over yet though. Hope you feel much better soon so we can get some more recipes from you.

Yum. Sometimes I add a little parm cheese and milk to the egg mixture. Also s & p. Really tasty. But I love the hint about not frying all the way and baking in the end. Can't wait to try this. Thanks.
