The Day After...

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.
It was really nice here.
The food was delicious,
and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Now, just a word of advice for everyone today...
Do not get on the scale!

And if you do decide to do some exercising today,
THIS is a great way to drop some pounds...

And remember,
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT...
But seriously, after yesterday, we all need to remember ONE important thing.
THIS is the correct way to weigh yourself...
That's how I did this morning and everything
was GREAT!

On the menu at our house tonight by SPECIAL request
from Olivia:

Tacos

"Something Yummy for My Colonel's Tummy"
will resume next Friday.
I think we all had a little too much "yummy" yesterday!

Enjoy Your Day!

I'm not a weight watcher because I've inherited skinny genes. LOL I use to hate it when I was young but now I love it. I can't eat like I use to, but I try to take it easy. Sweets is my big downfall. I inherited that too.

My scale broke a couple weeks ago so I've been monitoring everything between my fat pants and skinny pants. So far so good, but the weekend's not over yet!!

Oh how I enjoyed your 'funnies' post the day after T'giving. Great! I appreciate every one of them. *-* Is your hubby really a colonel? My hubby is retired from 20 years of military service. He was a Marine the first 4...once a Marine, always a Marine. =)
