Shall We Play A Game?

Stop and think about your answers before you scroll down.

1.  How do you put a giraffe into a refrigerator?

The correct answer is:
Open the refrigerator, put in the giraffe, and
close the door.

This question tests whether you tend to do simple things
in an overly complicated way.

2.   How do you put an elephant into a refrigerator?

Did you say, Open the refrigerator, put in the elephant, and close the
refrigerator?

Wrong Answer.

Correct Answer: Open the refrigerator, take out the giraffe,
put in the elephant and close the door.
This tests your ability to think through
the repercussions of your previous actions.

3.  The Lion King is hosting an animal conference.
All the animals attend
.... Except one.
Which animal does not attend?

Correct Answer : The Elephant.
The elephant is in the refrigerator.
You just put him in there.
This tests your memory.
Okay, even if you did not answer the first three questions correctly,
you still have one more chance to show your true abilities.

4.  There is a river you must cross but it is used by crocodiles,
and you do not have a boat.
How do you manage it?

Correct Answer:? You jump into the river and swim across.
Have you not been listening?
All the crocodiles are attending the Animal Meeting.
This tests whether you learn quickly from your mistakes.

According to Anderson Consulting Worldwide, around 90% of the
Professionals they tested got all questions wrong, but many preschoolers
got several correct answers.
Anderson Consulting says this conclusively
disproves the theory that most professionals do not have the brains of a
four-year-old.

How did you do?
Leave me a comment and let me know!
I failed miserably!

  11. Well Sunshine,
I don't even have the brain of a 4 yr. old, course, I have never considered myself a professional anyway!! lol
I need a preschooler to test this out on, but I am out of luck there!
That was funny! Hope you are having a good day today.
So glad you got to speak with Phil I know that cheered you up!!
Good for you that you are choosing joy, it is hard but so worth it!
Yea, Scott went thru some really awful and devastating days, but he is doing really well now, and has a lovely girlfriend. We really like her a lot. She is so cute cause she has bought him new towels and all his bathroom stuff like shower curtain and toothbrush holder, trash can and all that and some kitchen stuff. Cause he was so devastated he didn't really take much! We helped him make a list but he got no kitchen stuff at all. Megan is such a helper to him already, she is so different from his X wife! That sounds horrible, first time I have
used that, but I don't know what else you could call her. If you have any suggestions let me know, cause I don't really like it!!
I so pray the Lord get ahold of her tho, cause I really did love her even tho she was a difficult girl, she is suppose to be a christian too! Not thrilled about what she did to Scott at all, but I do know she has a lot of issues she needs to deal with, so am hoping she will do that and wind up with a good life eventually.
Well Sweetie, you have a great day.
    Love and blessings, Nellie

  23. LOL, this was so fun. We have so many stuffed animals around here that when I read the first question I though about our kids stuffed giraffe, and thought oh, that must be what she's talking about. Boy, do I complicate things! I'm not swimming in any river that might have crocodiles though :-)
    Have a wonderful week!
    Blessings,
    Marcia

  26. Ahhaha! This was fun! I was failing miserably so by the time I got to the alligator question, I tried to get creative and said "use the bridge" hoping there was one, forgetting they were all at a meeting! HA!! Thoroughly entertaining. (And humbling) :o)

  27. Sorry Lois,
I couldn't take this seriously, I was chuckling from the get-go and enjoying all the "correct" answers!
Have been praying for the Colonel especially this week.
    Sending my love!

  32. I finally smartened up by the last question and realized the river would be safe since the crocodiles were at the animal conference! 1 out of 4, that's not a great score I'm afraid... Thanks for the laugh though. :D

  33. Embarassing moment: I failed, but the shameful part is that I have read this before. Oh well. I love your blog and have been reading all your back posts. Way back when, you wrote about wearing your pj's all day. My sister-in-law introduced me to the sweatsuit scene. You can use them for pj's but also go to the mall. And if you get surprised by company, it looks like you are getting ready for a healthy workout, LOL. Of course this only works in cooler weather!! ~Carolyn

  34. I failed but unlike little kids I did not cry or have a temper tantrum :) This one was good! However I do not believe my fridge is quite big enough to hold a giraffe or elephant! LOL!!!!!

  35. I just thought I'd come back and tell you I gave this little test to my several members of my family. Only one of the twins (the other wasn't in there at the time) got any of the answers right! He's 9.
    Blessings,
    Marcia
