  9. Morning Sunshine,
    Thanks for coming by yesterday,
Sounds like your apple picking day was lovely, mulled cider sounds so good, but I will only drink it in cold weather. We are actually gonna go down into the 50's over the weekend. Yoo Hoo!! I am very
excited!! Looks like we will have cool enough weather on the 23rd to use the porch as well, when we have our social! If the weather forecast stays the same that is!!

I have seen this letter before and was just amazed that I was able to breeze thru it when I was reading it. Kinda Freaky really!!
What a computer our brain is!!
    Course, look who producted that
    great computer, so know wonder!!

Are you making apple pies from your apple picking venture or jelly or something???

I am gonna put on a recipe today that I made up yesterday. So check it out. It really turned out
well, and is easy. I love easy!!
    Have a great day sweetie,
    Blessings, Nellie

  16. This is so funny! I am one of the weird ones that can read it just fine. The mind is an amazing thing, isn't it.
How is everyone doing at your house? I've been busy and couldn't blog for a week.
    Enjoy your day!

  17. Morning Sweetie,
Yea, I think this recipe will work well in the crock pot. One thing I forgot to say was that if I made it again I might add some,
    white cooking wine to it.
I would only do a 1/2 cup to try it first. The jarred sauce had some white wine in it. I actually used the applesauce as a substitute for that.
Did you know that you can type in recipe substitutions and find a substitute for a lot of stuff. I did that and looked up
white wine and it said you could use applejuice or white grape juice instead, I had neither so
I decided to try the applesauce
and it worked fine. that can save
you trips to the Grocery store.

You will like the poppy seed dressing it was really good, in fact, my son was saying again last night how much he liked it.
So guess I will make it again really soon.
Thanks for coming by and hope your
    chicken comes out great!
Isn't it great how much easier the
    microwave makes cooking rice.
Love it!! I am all about easy recipes cause it seems like over the years anything that has been
labor intensive has not been worth it to me! and that is disappointing, so I save myself that disappointment and go with easy!! lol
    Have a great day hon,
    Blessings, Nellie

  22. No problem reading it. I don't think I'll show it to my kids, though, or they'll likely think learning spelling isn't important!!
