I cannot believe another week has come and gone!
I still haven't been shopping for my giveaway!
Thank you all for the beautiful comments for my birthday on Saturday.
Between the wishes I received on Facebook and here, this has been a great birthday!
And it was a great birthday.
A little quiet, but I like quiet.
The Colonel worked Saturday but managed to get home in time to barbecue some steak and my mom made some great potatoes and I picked fresh lettuce from the garden.
We had the ice cream cake I mentioned.
Never did get around to making that blueberry pie!
Today is a crazy day here at Walking on Sunshine.
Olivia has a doctor's appointment for a vaccine.
Then we both need to go to the bank...
YES, she has paychecks to deposit!
Then it's off to the hospital for her final blood work to be taken for her Vitamin D deficiency. I'm not sure if I shared but her levels are up to 27. Normal is anything above 50.
When we first started this journey, she was at a 9.
So we're thankful and hopeful they will continue to rise.
Michael has a bowling party to attend this afternoon and Olivia has work. I need to figure out how to pick Michael up and get Olivia to work at the same time...
not sure, but I will probably need to call my mom!
Then Michael has karate and I will need to pick Olivia up from work sometime later tonight.
Oh, and let's not forget there's tons of laundry to do!
I know all this craziness is temporary and the kids will one day not need me to take them everywhere and help them get to their events.
So I will enjoy the day spent in the car.
I will enjoy running them here, there and everywhere!
Enjoy your Monday.
I'm off to spend some time with all my wonderful blogging friends
before the kids wake up and the day gets started!
